Three amazing stories!

Choosing a good book is a big decision. Today I would love to introduce to you these three books I have chosen just by reading the title and after reading them I got fascinated.

Your future is bright by Corey Finkle & Shelley Couvillion. It is a book that for sure has to be in a classroom because it talks about the amazing future that is waiting for all of us. It explains different perspectives of life and many professions that could be an incredible option as a career. The vocabulary is totally appropriated for any kind of children, especially for middle school ones. Pictures are inspiring and encourage kids to be optimistic and being focused on their dreams. Each line is like poetry. Amazing book!

The beautiful things by Molly Beth Griffin & Matt de la Peña. Traveling with grandma could be more exciting than you can imagine. While reading this book I confirmed how important is to build connections with our loved ones, especially our kids. It is a story about a grandma with a granddaughter traveling to the farmhouse. On their way, she had to find 10 beautiful things on the road. Sometimes the girl was bored but suddenly grandma always tried to convince her to see the beauty of the things out there. After a long trip, they found together beautiful things and have an incredible time together. It is a book that for sure must be at grandpa’s house and it really inspired me because it explains how important is to see things in a different and beautiful way.

Last stop on market street by Christian Robinson. It is about a grandma and grandson that go to the market street once a week. The first thing that caught my attention was when the little one told grandma, why we do not have a car? Why going on a bus? she told him: believe me, it is so much exciting to go by bus and I will show it to you. So then, she started showing him the beauty of each moment while they were on the bus. People singing, from different skins colors and people with some conditions like blindness and how to help them. Grandma explains how we can find good things even when some things are not right.

As you can see, I chose two books that are related to grandmothers; beauty coincidence because I could remember the incredible memories I had with my Abuela.
